Its content of vitamin E is 30 times as high as that of bean oil and its content of vitamin B1 is 2 times as high as that of strawberry. Besides, it contains vitamin B2, vitamin P, folic acid, mal-loceramide, microelement and unsaturated fatty acid. The 5-hydroxytryptamine in sea buckthorn fruit has very high anti-tumor activity.
