1,Agitating Parts
The agitating parts of this series mixer are relatively simple with helical blades out of a principal axis driving the material from up to down and outside spiral belt distributed by cone-shape, jointing closely with cylinder to lift the material from bottom to up.
2,Volume
Cone-shape spiral belt mixer offers the advantages of compact structure, low energy consumption, soft mix movement and few friction heat, usually used in the mix environment of low mix volume and high value added with small volume of device.
3,Cooling and heating
Cool or heat the materials through injecting the cold or hot medium into the jacket which is added to the outside of the mixer cylinder. Pump industrial water for cooling and steam or heat oil heated by electricity for heating.
4,Feeding Mode
The cover of this mixer can be made as full open type in the small scale production place in order to feed material manually and clean the interior of device by users.
5,Discharging Mode
Due to the mixing feature, the cone-shape spiral belt mixer is suitable for mixing the liquid materials, usually applying to agitate the mixed dye and pesticide. Under this condition, it needs to change discharge valve into butterfly valve or ball valve.
6,Self-heating
When requiring self-heating, our company usually plugs the heating thermocouple into the bottom of the jacket full of heat oil to meet the heating requirement at low temperature. In addition, the conditioned users can heat the heat oil outside and then pump the oil into jacket to ensure that the materials can be heated uniformly.

1, Working Principle:
The rumus dasar dimensi ribbon blender are rotating along the self-axes meanwhile revoluting along the central axes of conical container, so it is also called planet conical mixer.
There are 4 working form in the cylinder:
a, rotating :raise material along the helical blades.
b, revoluting: bring the material to run in circle in the container.
c, rotation combined with revolution can make material absorbed by screw and dispersed by centrifugal forces effect.
d, upgraded material fall down because of gravity, the materials move up and down , and inter-diffuse,convect with each other from full orientation space in the mixer.

The special screw structure in the nautamixer is fit to mix the high viscous materilal.
The centre screw and the out ribbon cooperate forming the up and down material flow.
4, Motor and decelerator:
Three types of decelerator: Cycloid decelerator, worm gear decelerator, cycloid compound deceleration unit. (the normal type is cycloid decelerator).
There are respective differences between the three types, so the choice of the decelerator depends on the application and customers requirement.
The performance-to-price ratio of Cycloid decelerator is high.
Worm gear decelerator can realize the rotation and revolution respectively, first rotation and then revolution
The performance of the cycloid compound deceleration unit is steady to satisfy the serious requirement of full-loading revolution.
5, Raw material:
Carbon steel, manganese steel and SS steel(304,316L,321)
Choosing the suitable raw material will down the cost.
6, Sprinkling/spraying system:
When the liquid need to be added, we design the sprinkling or spraying system, which include nozzle and pipeline. There are types of nozzles, respectively different in shape, effect, current capacity. We can choose the suitable nozzle according to the different requirement.

Answer: The ribbon mixer may be cleaned with a brush, steam, air or water spray. In most applications, there is no need to remove the agitator when cleaning or disassembling the seals for maintenance.
