1. What is your minimum order requirement?

We prefer to execute orders of more than 500 pcs for each item.

2. Do you provide samples for free?

Yes, one or two pieces can be supplied by free. If you require the samples to be sent by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc…, please kindly inform your courier tracking account to us after samples finished, which will be refunded once order confirmed. 

3. How to order?

Please mail us your PO or requirement. And tell us below information:
Shipping detail as company name, address, attention person, tel number, quantity.

4.How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the quantity of the order. Normally it will take 40 days after order confirmed. Please let us know the quantity of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.

5.Can your products pass the special testing required? 
==================================

Can be AZO free?---------------------------------YES!

Can be Nickel, Cadmium free?------------------YES!

Can be Lead free? Material? Printing?---------YES!

Our product could pass above testing if you required, the testing cost will be paid by your side, if our products can’t be passed, then we will pay by ourselves for retesting and send the final passed certification to you.

6.Can I visit you?
