If you need the samples with customized size and printing, which need to be produced in production line, We will charge the samples cost or mould cost accordingly, the cost can be refund when you confirm the order in near future.

•A : Free samples will be sent out within 2-3 days. And for the customized samples, they will be ready for around 7 days. Please contact us for new mould samples.
