- 3, Q: We need the packaging for food, is there any certification for your products?
- A: As a professional food packaging manufacturer, we use the best food-grade material, and all our goods are FDA-SGS certificated. Please do not worry, our packaging can withstand any testing.
- 4 . Q: How can I get the samples?
- A: We provide free samples for current size and printing, the freight charge will be paid by you. If you need the samples with customized size and printing, which need to be produced in production line, we will charge the samples cost or mould cost accordingly, the cost can be refund when you confirm the order in near future.
- 5, Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
- A: Free samples will be sent out within 2-3 days. And for the customized samples, they will be ready for around 7 days. Please contact us for new mould samples.
- 6, Q: Can I print my logo or design on the tube, what we should offer to you?
- A: Yes, Any customized printing is available; please provide us your artwork in Ai, PDF form. If you are not sure about the design size range, we are willing to provide you size format.
