The corporation was chosen as XPS extruded industry technical innovation pilot enterprise in China by the United Nations environmental protection agency and the Ministry of Environment Protection in 2010. It provides a lot of valuable production technical data and experience for China’s future extruded board CO2 technology renovation project, also has great contributions for China’s environment protection causes.

Our XPS Boards

XPS is extruded polystyrene insulation board.It is a polystyrene resin as raw materials and other raw materials and polymer, by heating mixed into the catalyst at the same time, and then extruded extrusion forming and the manufacture of rigid foam plastic board. XPS with perfect obturator honeycomb structure, this structure makes XPS board has a very low water imbibition (almost no water absorption), low thermal conductivity coefficient, high pressure resistance, aging resistance.

1.Heat Insulation

Due to the molecular structure of polystyrene is not bibulous, its structure is stable, no clearance. To solved the problem of leakage, seepage, frosted, condensation.

Because of closed-cell foam chemical structure and honeycomb physical structure, make its have the characteristics of light weight.For a long period of time, XPS don't decompose, aging, and don't produce harmful substances.
