The rotary rack oven adopts powerful stream generation system which may generate a large amount of stream at one moment. This kind of machine can be designed in the modes powered by diesel, gas and electricity. The combustion engine of the product powered by oil and gas is imported from Japan. With the characteristic of lower energy consumption and complete combustion, this product can reduce the production cost to a great extent. The size of the baking tray for this product is 72×46cm. Additionally, customized baking tray and trolley are also available.
Convection Oven, The temperature can be accurately controlled through the self correcting device and PID controller. Additionally, it is very convenient to store the data and set up the operation of the machine. The controlling range of the temperature is selectable, including 0℃ to 300℃ and 0℃ to 400℃.
With this proofer, you can refrigerate the semi-finished bread in the machine. Then, you can set the starting time for the fermentation at any time within the following 24hours.
Planetary Mixer
The product is equipped with planetary gear. Both the transmission shaft and the gear have been processed with special heat treatment. Therefore, this product is durable and during operation, the noise is low. For stirring dough, the weight of the water needed shall be 45%-50% that of the flour.
Spiral Mixer
Both manual control panel and computer control panel are available. So the operation of the product is more convenient. Besides the beautiful appearance, the stainless steel barrel is very easy to clean.
Toast Moulder
Due to the oil-immersed design, the motor has good abrasion resistance andthe noise caused during operation is low. The surface of the roller is specially processed with hard chrome. Thus the roller is scratching-resistant and the flour on the dough will not stick to the roller.
Baguette Moulder
The baguette moulder is used to make dough into the shape of stick so as to produce French baguette. It can make the dough into different sizes weighted from 50g to 1250g. The working efficiency of our machine is 1200 pieces/hour
Semi-automatic Dough Divider and Rounder
The dividing and rounding of the dough can be finished at the same time. The dough can be averagely divided into 30 pieces. Each piece of the divided dough is completely separated from others.
The automatic hydraulic dough divider is used to divide large dough into small pieces with same weight and tight structure. With this machine, the labor cost can be saved and the difference caused by manual operation can be avoided.
Dough Sheeter
The dough sheeter is used to flatten and stretch the dough for making pastry, doughnut, croissant, pie, cookie, almond cake, pizza, short bread with fruit stuffing, etc.
Bread Slicer
The bread slicer is mainly used for slicing toast. It can slice the bread into slices in uniform thickness in a fast slicing speed. With imported blades, our product has a higher working efficiency and can slice about 8000-12000 slices more than the slicer with ordinary blades.
