1BTS Series Hinge Middle Disc Harrow is used for breaking up the ground and ventilating the soil, shattering the clods, eliminating weeds and stubbles in the soil, and mixing them into soil as green manures. The harrow performs well in soil preparation before sowing, pasture renovation and any other deep tillage working. The harrow’s unique dual linkage styles(both trailed and mounted) allows it to connect to the tractor flexibly with high harrowing efficiency.

Technique parameter:

• 32×32 square harrow shaft used, 225mm spacing between discs

• High Carbon disc blade hardness: 38-44 HRC, assuring the toughness and wear ability of disc blade
• Heavy tubular structure with high-strength steel beam used, more durable in harrowing work
• The harrow can cut roots, eliminate weeds and smash stubbles and residues in soils with goos effect
• The harrow can be both trailed by and mounted with tractor, harrow’s offset angle adjustable flexibly
• Bearing combinations used on the harrow axles, with a grease filling hole on it, keeping sand or soil from going into bearing to cause break-down and maintaining conveniently

We are a manufacturer who have factory of ourselves, and we have our own Foreign Trade Department for exporting since 2005.

We are located in Yucheng City, Shandong Province of China, about 50 minutes driving distance to Jinan City. The nearest port is Qingdao, sometimes we also export from Tianjin Port and Shanghai Port.
