Knitting function	Needle reversal, double stitch, pointelle, intarsia, jacquard weave, front narrowing, back narrowing and other pattern knitting.
Needle bed shifting	AC servo motor control is adopted with the needle shifting range realizing 2 inches; in the meantime, it is of precise fine tuning functions.

Needle singal	Advanced encoder is used to observing the needle.
Needle reversal function	Triangle combined type design is adopted to realize the single/double synergy of needle reversal independently or simultaneously; or it is able to implement system knitting and realize high-srrective production.
Stitch density	It mainly adopts the stepper motor control and 24 segments density selection. Subdivision technology is adopted with its adjustable range is 0650 degree, which is able to control the size of cut piece accurately. It adopts closed-loop system to supervise the current position of motor.
Sinker system	Stepper motor control is able to adjust as per different fabrics, and finally realiz the multiple narrowing and widening effects. It is composed of left system and right system to adjust.
Batching system	Computer programs command, stepper motor control,24 segments tension selection with the adjustable range is 0-100 degree. It is able to select the moment of force to assist the roller for the purpose of providing effective tensile force for thick piece of clothes.
Color changing system	28 groups of yarn mouth configurations are equipped with two sides of four guide rails for the purpose of shifting the yarn mouth at any position of needle bed( standard configuration 28)
Comb device	it may adopt the scissor clamp device and comb device.

Main Technical Characteristics

1,This series of types include single head double system and doule head double system with simple and concise appearance of machine.

2,The digitalized technology is adopted to realize the needle reversal, double stitchand knitting of flat knitting machine;moreover, it may adopt the scissor clamp device and backplane device.
3,The high-quanlity batching roller system, the soft upper roller traction which is specially designed, can ensure the posotion closes to the mouth if needle plate and improve the high quality batching control on the fabrics.
4,Positive yarn feeder with standard configuration has greatly reduced the resistance of yarn feeding.
5,Infrared batching detection system with standard configuration is bale to prevent the upper roller batching.

Knitting Function

It is able to knit the basic knitting organizations (full needle,single side etc), multicolour random jacquard weave, applique(intarsia), twist knitting, pointelle and other weft knitting organizations. It is applicable for real silk, spun silk, synthetic, wool, acrylic, blended, yarn and other raw materials toknit the sweater and scarf, cap, trousers,socks and garment accessories. It is mainly used in professional 3D vamp production.
