1.Borage seed oil is extracted from the its seeds,the oil is often marketed as" starflower oil"or "borage oil" for uses as a GLA supplement,although healthy adults will typically produce the ample GlA through dietary linolenic acid.
2.It was often used in salads or tea.
3.In Iran people make a tea for revere cold,flu,bronchitis,rheumatoid,arthritis and kidney inflammation.
4.people also use borage for regulation of metabolism and the hormoral system and consider it to be a good remedy for PMS and menopause syptoms such as hot flush.
