Operation instructions of green bean making machine
Choice of beans: you should buy completely ripe and fresh beans, feeds should be uniform and full, bright color, no broken beans, no defect, no mildew.
1. Rinse and wash beans
wash beans with cool water in a ready basin or water tank, and then use nutrient solution to sterilization of bean seeds, one bag can deal with 25 kg bean seeds. After 5 minutes, to cleanly wash bean seeds.
2. Soak beans
1.Put washed beans into 75°-80°warm water ( summer is 50°-60°), and you also can add cool water, make water keep about 45°. After it, mix beans uniformly. (Remark: water capacity must be two times of beans capacity, 10 kg bean seeds add 2 ml nutrient solution which is used to make beans sprout no root and more bright.)
2.After 10 minutes soaking, begin to rinse beans, until you fully rinse out broken beans, small tender beans, residual(if it is winter, you need to keep temperature with a protection film.) after this, you can set beans aside for 4 hours. during 4 hours, every 1 or 1.5 hour you need to mix beans so that beans are uniform, until after 4 hours beans are in good condition , and then put them into bud box. (every box has about 2.5 kg beans, 1 kg beans can make about 10 kg bean sprouts)
3. Enter into machine
1.After put beans box into machine, adjust dripping water interval to 240 minutes/ one time( summer is 200 minutes/ one time). Dripping water time is 80 seconds (summer is 90 seconds), water temperature is 24°( summer is 22°), within machine the constant temperature is 21°( summer is 20°), and then close the door.
4. Mix Nutrient solution (doing this after 30 minutes machine automatic drip water)
1.When the bean sprout grows to 0.5-1 cm, per 3 boxes/ one group mix 4 ml nutrient solution which is used to make green bean no root), 4 ml nutrient solution which is used to make bean sprouts more thick and strong, 10 kg 22° water, until those mixture drip end.
2.When the bean sprout grows to about 3cm, per 3 boxes mix 4 ml nutrient solution which is used to make green bean no root), 4 ml nutrient solution which is used to make bean sprouts more thick and strong, 10 kg 22° water, until those mixture drip end.
5. sterilization
1.Appliance sterilization: all appliances must be exclusive used. Sterilization must be thorough and very clean. (sterilization is efficient Disinfection powder)
2.Production workshop must be managed by professional employee, not allow other people to enter into workshop in case of bacterium and infecting bean sprouts.
3.Workshop must be clean, workers are prohibited to touch oil, chemical medicine, to use cosmetic in case of bacterium entering.
4.For indoor air to do regular disinfection , disinfection once a week. Indoor disinfection method: mix 1 kg water with 0.001 kg disinfection powder, and then uniformly sprinkle them on the ground, close the door about 3 hours.
5.Bud box disinfection : mix 5 kg water with 0.25 kg disinfection powder, put bud box soak in the water about 6~8 hours , and then take out it. ( disinfection water can be used 15 days)
6. Sell in the market
1.Put bean sprouts into water tank to wash them,. Wash skin and not germinant beans, and then you could sell them.
