   Briquette making machine briquette production line includes: 

1.crusher:

For the crusher machine, no matter what size the material is, it can become as large as the sawdust .based on material, it has two models, one is log crusher, and the other is branch crusher. If the material is bigger than 5*5mm (e.g. branch), smaller than 200mm, there is necessary to crush the material into 5*5mm for further processing. Crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After milled, the output size

can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further processing. 

2.dryer:

 If the material’s moisture is above 12%, the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture

from 12% to 6%-8% before the material ( e.g. sawdust ) is put into Briquette Extruder machine.

3.briquette machine:

This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick. It is equipped with the auto -controlling heating system. 

4.carbonization stove:

Carbonization furnace is a stove used to change biomass briquette into charcoal briquette.

The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly.
