Structure and Principle:

• The machine has base, disc shell, rotating disk, made knife, disc thread cutter body, cross cutting knife body, drive system and electric control system composition. 

• The main parts of the machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy to ensure the long time working without rust, corrosion, toxic, harmless characteristics. 

• Through the rotary dial , the material will be derived with high speed . we just use object centrifugal force , cut the material into flakiness ,then the disc thread cutter cut it into strip and send it into transverse cutting edge .
