TZ series chalk machinery is a new type of practical chalk-producing appliance developed by our factory. Its unique design overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional ones. This kind of chalk machinery is more efficient, material-saving, using low labor forces to make harder chalks. We have developed this new chalk machine on the basis of AS series chalk making machine. Equipped with different mold, this series include: TZ800-1, TZ800-2, TZ800-4, TZ800-6, TZ800-8. The chalk produced by TZ series Chalk machine is smooth and good-looking, not easy to break. We can also design the different chalk size and shape according to customer’s requirements.

TZ series chalk machinery adopts Streamline Operation: Supplying water automatically, electric beater, electric grouting, mold stripping. Raw material used to product chalk can be decreased by 30% compared to the previous ones. The production capacity is improved from 50% to 99% on the basis of the traditional chalk machinery.
