2.Technology: The carburized depth is 0.8~1.2mm, the surface hardening is HRC53-58, 40Cr adopt whole quench hardening, after tempering, the hardening is HRC45-48, the surface is treated with phosphating,BUSHING can be customized.

3, Quality Control: We choose the best raw material by spectrometer and strictly control the surface qualities and inner hardness and metallo-graphic structure
