Wood block making machine

1. Equipment disposition:

Generally four hot presses are a production line, must provide the dryer, the gluing machine,

grinder each. (Dryer, gluing machine, grinder and so on supporting facility customer buys in addition).

2.Personnel disposition:

Production personnel’s 4-5 person of/classes. And raw material sort (screening), drying, spreads 2-3 people, looked that machine 2 people (a person may look at two machines).

3. the finished products( wood pallet block) has two type:

the wood pallet block with hole and the wood pallet block without hole

4.Our advantages:

The block is smooth, waterproof, strong enough, fumigation-free and inspection-free.

The final products can be with hole or without hole and we can produce the mold as

our customers' need.

The final goods won't crack in water among 48 hours.

Compared with one time wood pallet shaping machine, this production line is more economical.
