Introduction:

Egg tray is a kind of packaging which is made from waste paper and pulp cardboard through

 appropriative equipment and unique technics. 

At first egg tray is a package applied for the transportation of farm production ,such as egg ,

fruit and so on. Gradually,the range of application and research is enlarged to the safeguard packaging of industrial product,such like electronic

 product, household appliances, apparatus,glassware, 

crockery, minitype machine etc.. 
Egg tray mostly use cheap waste paper as raw material to make not only valuable but also 

environmentally friendly products.It can greatly

 cut down the use of plastic,and reduce environmental pollution.What's more,it also discover a 

new way to recycle waste paper at the same time .

The egg tray production line has three parts, pulping system, molding system, drying system.

According to different capacity, there are several types of egg tray molding machine, one is 

reciprocating type, the other is drum type. And there are 

full-automatic type and semi-automatic type, the full-automatic one has the drying system; if you choose semi-automatic type, you can choose sun-cure or to build a drying room.

When the capacity is 1000-2000pieces/h, you can choose reciprocating type. When the capacity reaches more than 3000pieces/h, you can choose drum type.
