Straw briquette machine

Introduction of briquette making line 

1. Flow chart: 

1). Crusher    (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);

2). Dryer   (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);

3). Briquette mill   (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you);

4). Cooling machine    (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);

5). Sieving machine    (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);

6). Packing machine   (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).

2. Processing materials:

 Peanut-shell, Sugarcane Bagasse, Caster Shells/Stalk, Saw dust, Coffee Husk,

 Paddy Straw, Sunflower Stalk, Cotton Stalks, Tobacco waste Mustard Stalk, Jute

 waste, Bamboo Dust, Tea waste, Wheat Straw, Palm husk, Soybeans husk, Coir

 Pitch Barks/Straws, Rice Husks, Forestry wastes, Wood Chips, etc.
