2. Sort our - sort out and removal impurity

3. Soaking and peeling - water temperature 90-95℃, soft the skin, then peeling

4. Debitter and color protection -

5. Drying - the kernel be with white color, 6% max moisture

6. Cold-pressed and de-fat - pressure 60mp with 30 miuntes, fat content 15 max

7. Smash and grinding

8. Classification sift - 80 to 100 mesh
