A.Tire ring cutter

Tire ring cutter is a special equipment to cut and separate the sidewall and tread cap

of the waste tyre.It is the first step of processing scrap tires.

B.Tire strip cutter

1.Further cut the tire tread and sidewall into strips, strip width is adjusted. Tire circle mouth is retained.

2.Two cutting discs using a special metal heat treatment, hard and durable, and can be repeated grinding use.

1. The machine is mainly used for separating the steel wire from the tire bead . The wire loop can be recycled or sold to others.

E.Rubber powder mill crusher

1. The crusher is mainly composed of by base ,frame,front and back roller,reducer, motor,gap regulating device,safety switch,electrical control system;

2. Roller is made of compound alloys and its working surface hardness is HS68 degree, hardness layer is 5-15 mm. Working surface has been grinding processed ,high hardness,abrasion resistance.
