Our mini oil press machine is an advanced oil pressing machinery nowadays in edible oil market. we have two series: Semi-automatic series and Fully-automatic series
Our mini oil press machine is used for both cold and hot oil extrusion process from a wide range of oil plants, such as peanuts, rapeseed, cotton seeds, soybean, grape seed, sesame, sunflower seeds, coconut seeds , flax seeds, walnut, almond, plam kernel and so on.
Remarks: The oil yield is different from the raw material oil content and the state of the oil seeds.
Our mini oil press machine enjoys wide popularity in small and large scale oil pressing plants because it can not only press oil but also filter oil by vacuum filtering device, thus saves cooking oil extracting time & cost and simplifies oil pressing.

2. Structure& operating principle of mini oil press machine

1) Our mini oil press machine is basely composed of feeding hopper, gearbox, pressing chamber, screw shaft and electric control cabinet etc.

And the Fully-automatic oil machine also have vacuum oil filter and heating system.

2) It utilize the screw shaft that is setup with different styles of screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber. Then the oil is separated out through the extrusion of pressing worm and pressing ring.

3) Main parts of chamber through the processing of high-temperature tempering and low temperature quenching;

4) Cake thickness can be adjusted once the machinery stop running;
5) Final oil is high quality, good smell, and high yield rate.

8. The Oil Refinery Oil Plant

Packaging & Shipping

1. All mini oil press machine, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.

2. If all the oil machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.

Delivery

1. The mini oil press machine will be sent to you by sea, by air or even by International courier service.

2. The dievery time is usually 20-25 days upon receipt of your depoist or LC.

Our Services

1. The warranty time is one year from the date you get the machinery, except the easy-wear parts.
2. If any parts are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it freely.
