Automatic chalk machine operation:

 1*. Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water.

      The rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.

2*. The mould should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle

3*. Each mould has 800 spaces for the filling, each cycle will take about 6 minutes,

4*. When the filling completed, should turn off the mould to make the wet chalk come off from 

      the mould, then dry in the sun.

5*. The packing should be completed by handwork.

6*. The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape.

      The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm.
