Requirment of the raw material to make briquette:
1)The raw materials want to make briquetted should be 3-5mm in diameter,too big will influence the machine working result.If the raw materials are not the wood sawdust or other powder,it should be crushed at first!
2)The materials moisture should less than 12%,too wet will take more time for the briquette machine to heat and will reduce the machine capacity!So after the materials crushed,it should be dried then to make briquette!
3)The briquette from the machine is with high density,it can burn long time and with less smoke!If you want to get the charcoal,you can make the next step--carbonized then you will get the charcoal!
