Working Principle : Because of the strong air flow producted by air compressor,the cyclone peels skin of onions smoothly off , with low damage rate. It is widely used in garlic processing industries.

Features :

1) Dry device is on the machine . If garlic is not in good dry condition, the peeling effect is not good . So before peeling, garlic can be dried to achieve best peeling rate .

2) Feeding time , peeling time and discharge time are adjustable according to the condition of raw material .

3) Small Type and larger type peeler are also provided .

4) Not only normal garlic , but also Indian garlic , shallot can be peeled .

5) This peeler is approved with CE .

6)Peeler should be equipped with an air compressor of 7.5kw .
