--- whole machine body is made of stainless steel 304.

--- inner arc side is made of aluminium alloy, which is suitable for making those

round and arc shape.

--- blades are made of alloyed steel, which is hard enough for cutting.

---- Both fruits&vegetables, like apple, pineapple,pear etc. and like carrot,beet,potato,radish, onion, capsicum etc. It has a wide application.
