QT4-15 Brick making machine is controlled by PLC with data transmitting device. For the control system, it is configured with safety logical control and fault diagnosis system, and it has remote control function;
In its unique mould box of material cart, there are several rows of mixing forks, when the hopper sends the material to the top of the mould box, the mixing forks start to forced feed the material to the mould box, thus the problem in distributing materials for producing porous bricks is completely solved;
This machine has good applicablity.It not only can be used for producing concrete blocks of high strength,but also for pulverized coal ash bricks.Cinder brick,Mine Slag blocks,and so on.Only by changing different moulds and dies,the hollow block and soild block of different specifications can be manufactured.
