Newly Designed high efficiency wood sawdust dryer 

If the material's moisture is above 12%, the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture from 12% to 6%-8% before the material (e.g. sawdust) for further process. The productivity can be designed as the requirements from customers.

Introduction of how to use:

1. The cubic box is a stove which used to produce heat. fuel furnace and turn on fan, when the wind temperature reach to 150 °C high, putting material  for drying

2. Put fertilizers in feeding mouth

3. the bending pipe is main drying systems

4. the fan system is used to suck heat wind from stove and thus drying the materials in pipe at the same time.

5. dust removal is used to get the materials clean.
