Automatic chicken depilator/poultry plucker/chicken unhairing machine

1.Use and maintenance
 chicken plucker/poultry plucker is used for removing the hair of the slaughteredchicken, duck ,goose ,etc .

 Depilation can be finished in once time , the plume , fuzz ,claw and the dirt of the surface etc . The machine also can be used for removing the skin of ginger , potato , mackerel scale etc .

 2.Steps

 Put the slaughtered poultry into the hot water of65°c-80°c  , for scald uniformly .Then, turn on the machine .

 About 10 seconds , unlock the water faucet , to washing the chicken feather or ginger skin out .

 At last , stop machine , and take out the products is ok.

 In the normal time , for unhairing the chicken feather is only need 30 seconds.
