Application of Carbonizing Machine

This is an ideal epuipment of carbonization furnace, reasonable structure, save the heating energy consumption, using superheated steam cooling system, high cooling speed, charcoal of good quality, greatly shorten the production cycle, horizontal condenser recycled wood tar.

Operation Method of Carbonizing Machine 

1. Examine the blower to see if it runs freely and smoothly.

2. Send water to condenser to test if it leaks.

3. Examine all binding parts if it is tight, and the sealing rock wool at furnace door, fore door is enough.

4. Connect wood tar pipe.

5. If everything is ready, load the furnace with the sticks. Sticks must be arranged horizontally and evenly.

6.Close furnace door after loading.

7. Light the fuel in kindling furnace, start wind guiding blower,

Close upper fire door and open lower fire door, adjust the valve at smoke outlet, enable the flue pipe unimpeded.

8. When heavy smoke comes out from the outlet, remove kindling furnace, and continue to guide wind.

9. Temperature rising and cooling should accord with the Temperature rising and distillation curve.
