Dried Flower Mushroom

    Shiitake are the second largest edible fungus in the world and native to China. They can be tracked back to the Song Dynasty and called “Delicacies from the Mountain”. Fresh and dried shiitake have a variety of uses. Today, as they have both edible and medical values, they are becoming more and more popular not only at home but also at aboard.

    Shiitake contain a lot of Vitamin B, vitamin K and Vitamin D (transformed after sun-drying).Modern research has shown that shiitake can stimulate the immune system, possess antibacterial properties, reduce platelet aggregation and possess antiviral properties.
