6FY series of roller flour mills are designed on the original conical flour mills.

Comparing with the conical flour mills, they have high working-efficiency, large output, reliable working-function.

At the same time, the finished production has low temperature. Sieve flour by use of round Nylon screen,so it is easy to exchange the parts.

There are special components to adjust both of production flow and space between rollers, so that the machines will be able to work in the best state.

We can use it  to mill wheat, sorghum, coffee, cocoa and other grains, also to mill chemical particulate materials.   

The 6FS/6FD series of complete flour mill units are designed on the base of the original 6FY series of flour mills by adding air elevators.

The units have the following  advantages:

1. Raise the flour mill's mechanization degree, cut down operator's labor intensity.

2. Adopt compressed air to transport grain. For seal pipes strictly,  thus prevent flour

    from releasing efficiently, cut down powder's pollution greatly.

3. Lower the finished production's temperature and mill grain again and again, 

    thus improve the flour's quality greatly.   

For the modles of 6FS series, the milling units own less area in the workshop. so they fit for little and narrow sapce.   

For the modles of 6FD series, feeding wheat grain, collecting flour, and collecting the bran are all carried on over the ground.

It is very convenient for the  four milling operation.
