 Function: This is used to roll the peper into pencil with liquid UFglue. (To form the paper into pencil)

.     Wet pencil cooling shelf

 

Function: This is used to put the wet pencil on the shelf to cool the water for 2-3days before put into dryer. This way is save cost for using the dryer. Or you can put the pencil on the shelf for 7-8 days; the pencil will be dried without using the dryer.

 

1. 1.     Wet pencil dryer

Function: This machine is used to dry the wet pencil. You can use the dryer after 2-3 days on the shelf or directly use the machine after the forming machine.

     Pencil stick two side cutting machine

Function: This machine is used to cut two sides of the pencil stick after dried. To make sure the two sides of the pencil is smooth.

Function: This machine is used to polished the dried pencil sticks, make the surface of the pencil smooth make sure easy to package by the plastic film.
