Chinese black truffle is very similar in appearance and flavor to the European truffle, but smoother and dark red or dark brown than it.
New crop begins in Sept. to next March. Fresh ones can be supplied during the time. When time goes, frozen or dried truffles are available. Kindly contact me for details.
