Oyster Mushroom (scientific name: Pleurotus ostreatus; also known as ear, Pleurotus ostreatus, oyster mushrooms, black mushrooms peony) is studied under Basidiomycetes Agaricales ear Division a class that is fairly common species of edible mushroom.

Variety: 

1) Dark-colored species (black species). Color varieties of these species is low and wide temperature and species.

2) Light-colored species (light gray). Color varieties of these is the low-temperature species.
