1.How much does a sample cost?
For our own hat styles, we will change you double sample fee(shipping not included)
For custom shapes, sample fee is double(shipping also not included). And we prefer to have an actual hat sample to copy instead of drawings or picture. Mold charge USD250.00/PC, return when accumulated quantity of the style reaches 3000pcs.
2.What about MOQ?
Like other suppliers, we seldom do stock. All our hats are produced according to customers requirements. Our standard MOQ is 200pcs/color/style for wool felt hats and straw hats, 50pcs/color/style for sinamay hats and fascinators.
3.What is the lead time on sample and bulk?
For samples:7-15 work days
For bulk:around 35 days in winter and spring, around 45 days in summer and fall depending on the quantity and specifications of the order.
4.What is ur FOB port?
Our usual FOB port is SAIGON port.
5.What is ur payment term?
30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment. Paypal is acceptable for sample for sample fee. Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
