This machine consisted of 7 sets, one set of semi-automatic liquid filling machine for MDI, one set liquid filling machine for PPG, valve crimper, one set gas filling machine for DME, one set gas filling machine for LPG, one set sealing machine for gun type PU foam and material shaker.

It is mainly used for filling Polyurethane foam and different liquefiable gas such as Freon, dimethyl ether(DME) and 134a, including corrosive liquefiable gas. It can simplified production process, improve the capacity for large doses of aerosol filling products.
