3. DESCRIPTION
Product obtained from “Apium graveolens L”, whole dried seeds. This product will not be grown from Genetically Modified Seeds. Prior to packaging the product will be inspected and passed through magnets and metal detectors to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination. Detector sensitivity shall be 1.0-mm minimum. Product will not be treated to control microbial levels unless agreed upon in writing. Product must pass U. S. FDA and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice in Manufacturing, Packaging, and Holding Human Food (21 CFR 110) and code of Hygiene Practice Dehydrated Fruits and Vegetables (CAC/RCP-5-1071, Rev. 2-1985), General Principles of Food Hygiene (CAC/RCP-1969, Rev. 2-1985).

7. PACKAGING AND STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
Packed in high-density polyethylene bags and corrugated fiber cases. Storage area will be a cool (below 20ºC) and dry area. Shelf life under these conditions should be 12 months.
