3. Delivery term: FOB HO CHI MINH PORT, VIETNAM

4. Delivery time: As per deposit from buyer

5. Payment term:
30% advance payment by TTR right after receiving proforma invoice.
70% balance payment by TTR against copy of bill.
** The rest of the contract will be paied after we send scanned copies of B/L.
