Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire

Melt the zince with high temperature ,and then let the wire slowly through the zinc pool , the zinc adheres on the surface of the galvanized wire , this method is called hot dip galvanized .

Hot dipped galvanized wire on the amount of zinc :30to 60 grams per square meter .

Generally higher than 100g/m2 of galvanized quantity id called high zinc and zinc on the high est amount of up to 300 grams per square meter .

3. Electric Galvanized Wire :

Also called cold galvanized wire . Removing the oil and packing drying the wire , then use the electric equipment galvanized wire into the composition of zinc salt in the solution .

Common electric galvanized  wire on zinc amount is 8 and 13 grams per square meter .
