Fresh and unique designs

Five designers were asked to add stylish, pop elements to the traditional Japanese masu box,

which is used to measure rice or as a drinking vessel for sake (rice wine).

Each designer created a concept around a masu and put their own stamp on it.

Color Masu can be used as sake cups but they also work well as room decorations or ornaments.
With 5 designs and 8 colors, there are over 40 different types available.

Each completed box will be meticulously checked, carefully wrapped in paper,

and shipped out bathed in the essence of Japanese cypress.
