 The California Fan Palm Tree, scientific name Washingtonia filifera, is one of the most popular palms in subtropical climates because of its beautiful appearance and low maintenance. Originates from USA (Arizona, California).

Normal climate for thes plant is subtropical partial desert and desert climate.

This is a large tree that can tolerate cold down to -9C (15F). 

Minimal temperature:10°C (50°F). Optimal temperature:20-24°C (68-75°F).Recommended to keep in the bright place , am or pm sunlight is good for this plant, better is a sunny, moderate or shady weather.

Repotting better to held every 48 months (4 years).
To prevent nutritional deficiency, apply good quality palm fertilizer that has continuous release formula twice a year during growing season.
