Shirataki absorb the flavor of whatever you add them to, so don't be shy with the sauce. These weight-loss noodles leave you feeling full and satisfied all-day long. Below is the start step for all dishes preparation:
1. Drain the liquid and rinse 2 or 3 times with clear water.
2. Toss in hot water for 1 minute

It is suitable for cool dishes. Cut some cucumber, carrot strips, some coriander; add soy sauce, vinegar, salt or any sauce and stir with cooked shirataki noodles. That’s finish! So easy! Like hot? Add wasabi paste. Everything is perfect!

Konjac foods have no discernable taste but absorb the dominant flavors of the soup or dish to which they're added. They are very much like cellophane or bean thread noodles in taste and texture BUT they have no net carbs or calories. You can use konjac foods in place of regular pasta --- for having it with butter and grated cheese. You would boil it for 15 minutes first then toss it in a saute pan with the butter and cheese. Konjac foods is kind of instant foods, you can eat as salad with your favored dressing. You can make a stir fry with some ground pork, mushrooms, egg, and konjac foods, added a lot of chili pepper and some other spices The noodles can be heated through in any recipe you use them. If you toss them into a stir fry, just cook them until hot. If you put them into soup, just cook them until hot. Dip in water or steam about 3-5 minutes and than cook in the way you like. You can add various vegetables and meat which ever you like, it can be fried, baked, stewed, braised and also used as salad with your favored dressing.
