Pure leaves of the Common Nettle

The common nettle is often regarded as a wild-weed by some, but there are number of ailments that could be eased by drinking an infusion of its leaves such as:

• Soothing for urinary & digestive tract.
• May help with eczema and other skin conditions (more so topically, but also through ingestion)
• May help relieve joint and muscle pain.

Nettle leaves infuse well with Peppermint and/or Fennel Seed.
