Our Mint Green Tea consists of select delicately hand-rolled Assam green tea leaves combined with Himalayan mint leaves. The leaves are initially pan-fired through high temperatures and then the leaves are hand-rolled, shaped, and dried which gives the tea a rich aroma. For thousands of years mint has been lauded for its calming effect on the muscles and stomach. Mint and its active ingredient menthol are also a natural decongestant and can aid in easing the discomfort of a sore throat. When infused, the tea liquid is light green. Our Mint Green Tea has a mild aroma and a smooth, delicate flavor with a refreshing minty finish.
