Basic processing:selecting material→grading→peeling→cutting→coring→immersion→slicing→baking→selecting→packing.

Product characteristic: the dried apples are non-stick, crystalline and golden yellow color. And it has sweet with raw fruit sourish, also rich in nutrition.
