From same family as cocoa (Theobroma grandiforum), Cupuaçu has a delicious taste. It is native from Amazonia, particularly its oriental side (Maranhão), and nowadays it is disseminated for all Amazon. Our product is obtained from pasteurized cupuaçu pulp submitted to freezing and freeze drying according to the Good Manufacturing Pratices. 

Non fermented product, non-alcoholic, without conservation agents.
