Characteristics& Performance

The oxygen absorber can be divided into the following two kinds:
The first one: iron series self-reaction type, it utlizes the chemical reaction of iron and oxygen. It will absorb the oxygen in the food package in order to lengthen the food’s preserving period
The second one: organic series self-reaction type, the main composition of it is organic material.

Both of them is to make the airtight container under a oxygen-free condition so that the oxygen will not effect the food.

K	The economicpackaging material that with micro perforated holes in the inner packaging material, it is suitable to be put under the trays or into the separated package.
S	To prevent the raw materials and the iron rust after reaction from getting out, we design the dual structure. The gap has been left in the middle.(it is our useful new product) The surface layer is with the perforated holes, the inner packaging material is made in Japan. By using the special ventilation processing technology, we only perforate in PE film.
N	This packaging material is designed specially for the Japan market. Water and oil proof paper is laminated into the middle layer. It is suitable for the high-moisture and high oil foods The hole is perforated by heat tiny needle, it could guarantee to get a stable OTR. The material of surface which contacts the food directly has been acknowledged by Japanese Ministry of Health
