Q: 1, What’s your MOQ?

A: Generally, Our MOQ is 3000pcs per type/style/item. It depends on the size of the toy. If the size over 1m in height, The MOQ can be 500pcs ~1000pcs.

Q:2, Do you have a catalog?

A: No, We do not have one. We are professional OEM&ODM producer, Most of our products are made as to our customer’s design drawing, or specific request. For the confidential reason and our customer’s benefits, We can not publish them to third parties.

Q:3, How to make the order ?

A: Usually, there have two ways:

Way 1, You send us the real sample which you want to order and specific request, then we make the counter sample for your confirmation, If you satisfy our counter sample, then we can make the order as to the counter sample.

Way 2: You send us your design drawing or photos of the toy you want and your specific request, then we make the sample for your confirmation according to your request , If you satisfy our our sample, then we can make the order as to the counter sample.

Q: 4, what’s the sample time and delivery time?

A: Usually, the sample time is 5~7 days, The delivery time is 30~45 working days after the final samples be confirmed.

Q: 5, What’s the payment terms?

A: Generally, the payment terms is 30% deposits by T/T in advance in 3 days after the order be placed, the balance of order should be paid on 1 week before the delivery time.

Q: 6, What’s the sample fee and price of the items?

A:Normally, the sample fee is $150 per type/item/style if there is no different request. It’s different for the different item. For the price, It depends on the specific sample and the quantity of the order. We will quote it after get know your details request for item.

Q: 7, How can we get the sample fee back?

A: In our company rules, We will refund the sample fee after the sample be placed only when the order quantity over 3000pcs per style/item/type.

Q: 8, Do you have any report for the plush item?

A: Yes, we have. We are Disney audited plush item manufacturer for around 20 years already, and long-terms supplier of  Bandai and Tommy. The EN71,  ASTM-F963, and BSCI are the common toy standard in EU and US

Q: 9, Do you have items in stock ?

A: No, we only make the products according to the order, and we do not make any stock for sell.

Q: 10, Can we have free sample ?

A: Generally, we do not supply free samples for the first cooperation. We only can make free samples/Design for our agreement customers.

Q:11,  Can I use our own designed package? 

A: Yes, size, color, logo and packaging style of product are customized
