Usage of Chinese herbal jelly(health jelly)  : 

1. Take out  Gui Ling Gao powder 10g

2. Add into cold drinking water 8-10ml

3.  Stir quickly (make it to be a puree)

4. Pool the puree into a pan, add about 290ml boiling water 

5. Keep heating while stirring quickly

6. Heat to a boil,  and remove from heat

7. Remove the floating foam

8. After cooling down come out the GUI LING GAO, add some honey, sugar, ice  or milk before enjoy it

9. Or join the fruit as you like
