Mango Pulp:

             Mango Pulp is the prepared by extracting the pulp content from the mangoes. It is prepared from carefully selected and sorted mangoes. Fully matured Mangoes are harvested, quickly transported to our state of art fruit processing plant, inspected and washed.

Production:

             The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. Selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers; Fully Ripened Mango fruits are then washed, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining sterility. In case of aseptic product the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The refined pulp is also packed in cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. The process ensures that the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit is retained in the final product.

              We have an effective quality management system managed by a team of experts such a way that the mangoes fresh off the farm undergoes a distinct number of testing process to ensure that its quality is impeccable. We strive harder in order to cater each and every need of a customer. 

APEDA

We are APEDA certified Mango pulp exporter. It is mandatory for the mango pulp exporters to register themselves under APEDA (A government of India undertaking). We have attached our APEDA certificate for the display.

Other Certificates Related to Import Clarence

We will provide you the following certificates during the time of shipment in order to clear the destination country's import authorities.

- Certificate of Origin

- Fumigation and Phyto sanitary Certificate

- Insurance certificate.

- Other certificates (if any is required from the country's custom clearance)

Packing

We offer our Products in two types of packing such as,

- 3.1 Kg OTS cans

- 215 Kg Drum Packing.

The above given packing are valid for both the varieties of mango pulp.

Delivery

The Product will be shipped 10 days from the date of advance payment remitted by the buyer. We have annual contracts or agreements with every well known freight forwarders in the sea port in our neighborhood so it makes us to ship to any part of the world.
